Join us for our annual equine education seminar that is also a fun day of getting together with old and new horse-loving friends! There is a lot of learning, fun, celebration, drawings, activities and visiting that happens in this full day! Lunch is included. Stay over night and make it a mini vacation while getting ready for the 2025 horse riding season!
Ground/Liberty Clinics

MMC Ground/Liberty Trifecta

Due to the popularity of our liberty competition, we are moving it to it’s own date! (In the past, it has been held in conjunction with our Bad Betty Versatility Challenge).
For those who are interested in gathering with a wonderful group of people who love liberty, getting helpful feedback, and showing off your liberty and ground game, here’s the competition for you!
This liberty competition features a combination of trail obstacles on the ground, a ground pattern, and the MMC Liberty Pen (a freestyle to music in the round pen). You may choose your level - with halter and lead, with a neck rope, or at full liberty!
Plan to join us for this fun and challenging liberty competition - the only one like it in our area!
If you are planning on competing for the buckle at the Bad Betty Versatility Challenge, this is the competition you need to attend to get your ground obstacle score.

This deeper dive into horsemanship is designed to take you and your horse to another level in your partnership, training, rider aids, and ability to enjoy one another at a deeper
level of connection. We will show you how we have developed versatile horses and lead you on the path to develop your horse and your skills to thrive, not just survive, in a variety of situations and disciplines. This clinic will include liberty, liberty pen, obstacles and trail, Working Equitation, freestyle, Cowboy Dressage, Ranch Riding, equitation and rider position, sport psychology, developing your eye, creating deeper connection and partnership and spending time with friends. It will be an intense, yet fun and engaging time of learning and growing. Limited space as we will spend time with each individual and their horse taking you from where you are today to the next step on your journey.

Learn safe, efficient, and effective ways to navigate various trail obstacles on your pleasure rides or in competitions. This clinic will showcase tricks, tips and training methods for developing the partnership between you and your horse in a variety of situations and on obstacles. Our outdoor trail course will enable you to practice real-life scenarios in a coached, controlled environment.

With three levels to choose from, there is something for everyone at the Bad Betty Versatility Challenge! Have fun with friends and enjoy the versatility of your horse at this beloved competition, named in honor of Betty Nagle. She’s so bad, she’s good!
Friday the trail course is open until noon for competitor ride throughs
